Each year, the Seattle to Portland Bike Race passes through, the region's yacht clubs visit and the waters fill with kayakers.

Vernonia Lake
ADA accessible docks, restrooms, concessions, paved 1 mile trail around entire lake that connects to Banks Vernonia State Park trail via Webb Way. Wildlife viewing. Great for picture taking. ODFW stocked March through May. Remnants of old Oregon American mill site. Come rollerblade, walk, or job the path. Picnic tables and benches. Primitive camping.
